Shaun had a great weekend of Supermoto racing, including a podium spot and a couple checks!
Unlimited Pro-Am: Shaun drew a front row seed in the class's heat race and finshed well to start the Main. the Main event for the class was a hard fought one for Shaun but smart riding and a little luck landed Shaun a very well earned "Bronze metal" for the class.
Pro ATV: Sundays race action is always more intense and Shaun was more than excited to take on the 15+ quad field after scoring such a good finish the day before. Lady luck didnt help him to begin the day, drawing nearly the last gate spot in class. That diddnt stop him from charging all the way up to 5th place before the end of the race. The Pro main didnt go as well. The hard fought starting spot was voided after a bunch up in the first turn stalled Shaun's 505 KTM putting him nearly a half a lap back from the leaders. He fought back and passed all the way back up to 7th before the checkered flag waved for the final time.
